Subject to availability/stock status, you can expect to receive your order within 3 working days via: Royal
Mail First Class Recorded Delivery (United Kingdom)
For International Orders please allow between 3 - 7 Days (Guidance Only).
However we can only guarantee delivery within 28 days on back orders (should you wish to pre order an out of stock item). All products are carefully
inspected and securely packaged to ensure that they arrive with you in perfect condition.

STATUS = LOW or STOCK EXPECTED TO DISPATCH WITHIN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.
STATUS = SOLD OUT (Awaiting supplies of new stock)
Stocks and styles change rapidly and we endevour to update pages as often as necessary.

The prices shown on our website are in £ sterling, No other currency accepted.
PAYMENT
Payment in full must accompany your order, which can be made online via: a fully secure server using your credit or debit card.
Telephone orders are also welcomed during the summer months although being an internet based business, we do not maintain regular opening hours.
To pay for your item by post (cheque/postal order). Please use our website ordering system, selecting "postal payments" during checkout, or.... send us an email
stating the items you require, and please remember to include your full name and address. Your order will then be reserved
for seven days allowing time for your payment to reach us (cheque payments will be subject to clearance before goods are despatched).

We endeavor to respond to all complaints and questions promptly
CLAIMS
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit or found to be
faulty on arrival, please retain the product in its original packaging then, please inform us
immediately by email or telephone within 7 days of receipt.
We will then make the necessary arrangements to rectify the situation.
Damage caused through neglect, accident and/or misuse by you, no claim will be entertained. In the unlikely event that your product appears to be faulty or defective on arrival, please retain the product with its original packaging. Please contact us immediately by email or telephone, stating the exact nature of the problem. If the product is proved to be faulty you may opt either for a replacement or for a full and prompt refund.
OUR GUARANTEE:
Most of our glasses are covered by a 30 day manufacturers warranty against developing faults, this does not include
accidental damage or loss.
If you are not happy with your goods upon receipt for reasons other than faults or damage caused whilst in transit,
please return them within 7 days, we will be happy to make a refund or exchange providing they are in their
original condition inc labels, tages, cases etc.
(a restocking fee may be charged in such cases depending on the costs incurred by us to process and deliver your order)
STATUTORY RIGHTS:
Your statutory rights are not affected.
